1. PRESENTATION:

SKILLS CAMPUS is a professional training center headquartered at the intersection of Boulevard Abdelmoumen and Rue Soumaya, Shahrazade III Residence, 7th floor No.30, Casablanca (Morocco). SKILLS CAMPUS offers and provides face-to-face training for companies (inter and intra), remote training through e-learning, virtual classes or distance classes. Skills Campus also carries out training engineering studies for companies and supports them in obtaining ISO certifications related to quality management, occupational health and safety, food safety, and information system audits.

2. PURPOSE:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all Skills Campus service offers for orders placed by any professional client ("the Client"). Skills Campus reserves the right to update the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC on the date of the order are available at www.skillscampus.ma. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the GTC. Any contrary condition, especially general or specific terms from the Client, cannot prevail without formal written acceptance from Skills Campus. The fact that Skills Campus does not enforce any GTC at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver. The Client guarantees compliance with these GTC by all its employees, representatives, and agents. The Client acknowledges having received all necessary information and advice from Skills Campus prior to placing an order to ensure the service offer meets their needs.

3. STUDY AND SUPPORT

Any study or support service will be subject to a commercial and financial proposal from Skills Campus. Upon acceptance by the Client, a minimum advance of 30% of the total cost is due. If applicable, the service price may be revised on the contract anniversary date by mutual agreement. For these missions, Skills Campus charges based on consultant time, either per day or on a fixed basis.

4. FACE-TO-FACE AND REMOTE TRAINING

4.1 Intercompany Training

4.1.1 Description

This section applies to intercompany training, short or long, listed in the Skills Campus catalog and conducted in our premises, in locations provided by Skills Campus, or remotely (distance or virtual classes). If face-to-face sessions are not possible due to force majeure or legal restrictions, the training will automatically switch to remote.

4.1.2 Financial Terms

The applicable prices are those listed on www.skillscampus.ma on the day of the order or communicated by professional email. 50% of the training fee is due upon registration, and the remaining 50% must be paid 10 days before the session. Prices are exclusive of tax and subject to VAT.

4.1.3 Participant Replacement

Skills Campus allows the replacement of an unavailable participant with another having a similar profile and training needs, without extra fees.

4.1.4 Insufficient Number of Participants

If the number of participants is too low to hold a training session, Skills Campus may postpone the session up to one week before the scheduled date without compensation.

4.2 In-House Training

4.2.1 Description

This section applies to custom-designed in-house training delivered at Skills Campus, the Client’s premises, or remotely (distance or virtual classes).

4.2.2 Financial Terms

Each in-house training will be preceded by a financial and commercial offer. Unless otherwise agreed, a 30% advance payment is required. The price may be revised on the anniversary date of the contract.

4.2.3 Cancellation by the Client

Training dates are mutually agreed and considered firm. In case of late cancellation by the Client, compensation fees apply: - cancellation/reschedule ≥ 30 business days: no charge; - 15–29 business days: 30% of the session fee; - < 15 business days: 70% of the session fee.
