This training 'which goes straight to the essentials' allows you to acquire effective use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (versions 2010, 2013 and 2016) in 3 days. Access for one year to e-learning modules reinforces what you have learned in person and allows you to delve deeper into the functionalities of your choice at your own pace.
Who is this training for ?
For whom ?Anyone already familiar with using a computer (PC) and wishing to efficiently use Word, Excel and PowerPoint (versions 2010, 2013 or 2016). Please note, this course is not intended for people using a Mac.

- Master the essentials of
- Excel Set up calculation formulas and master their copying.
- Identify and use the most useful functions among the many Excel functions.
- Link and consolidate data between multiple sheets.
- Create visual alerts with conditional formatting.
- Control entry with data validation.
- Use a list of data 'in tabular form'.
- Analyze data: sorting, filters, pivot tables.
- Illustrate figures with graphs.
- Master the essentials of
- PowerPoint Apply or define a graphic line: themes and masks.
- Insert images, diagrams, a table or an Excel graph.
- Apply graphics effects 'animation to energize the slideshow.

- Remote activities Production of 3 e-learning modules on the version of your choice (2010, 2013 or 2016), to practice on subjects covered in training: 'Mastering
