The "ISO 22000 Lead Implementer" training will allow you to acquire the expertise necessary to help an organization establish, implement, manage and maintain a compliant food safety management system (FSMS). to the ISO 22000 standard.
This training is designed to provide you with a mastery of best practices in food safety management systems and to help you apply them in an organization's supply chain, in order to effectively control food safety hazards and ensure the quality and safety of all foods.

The main requirements for participating in this training are a fundamental knowledge of food safety concepts, a basic knowledge of ISO management system standards, as well as a general knowledge of ISO 22000 and the principles of implementation implemented MS.

Training program
- The training takes place over five days
- The first day is devoted to the introduction to the ISO 22000 standard and the initialization of a Food Safety Management System (FMSDA).
- The second day is dedicated to planning the implementation of an SMSDA.
- The third day is dedicated to the implementation of an SMSDA.
- The fourth day is dedicated monitoring, measuring, continuous improvement and preparing for the SMSDA certification audit.
- The fifth day is dedicated to the certification exam.
